    Infinytech commits to a project and then delivers.

    We want my clients to be satisfied, to come back for more work, and to introduce my web development services to others. We have been a freelance web service since early 2015. , and 300 customers have helped me run a successful small business.

    We provide intangible and irrevocable goods and services. No refunds will be made after the contract has been concluded and the product has been shipped or the service has been rendered. We do not issue refunds once payment has been made. If a project is canceled or postponed, our terms and conditions will remain in effect and the agreed funds will be paid.

    Every website development project We work on requires a signed contract to start. A web development contract clearly defines what you agree to build, when it will be completed, and the terms of payment. You and We both sign a contract to abide by the terms. If the scope of the project changes, an addendum will be created in which you sign and agree to the new terms.

    All web development projects require a deposit to start working. Deposit amounts, milestones and final payments will be specified in the contract. Payments made are non-refundable. Once you sign the contract, We will reserve time in my schedule for your project and turn down any other work We can take on.

    Just as you expect your web project to be delivered on time, we expect you to deliver the required images and content on time to meet the agreed deadlines. Review and test After submitting your code for, please check the site for errors and functionality and provide feedback in a timely manner.

    All software created is custom coded. Due to its nature, the code may contain bugs. If something doesn’t work right, you are not entitled to a refund for the entire project. Just fix the error.

    We work exclusively proactively and professionally, and We expect the same from my clients. If you have any issues, please communicate them clearly to me. We will work with you to find a solution. This includes bug fixes for features defined in project scopes and signed contracts.

    The fact that the client changes the scope of the project in no way means that We will not meet the project’s requirements unless both parties agree to the changes. Adding new work and making changes during a project requires additional fees and additional costs.
